Tasting menu

Our tasting menus consist of 5 to 7 cold dishes, which vary depending on the wine evening theme 
and can appear as a whole evening meal.

Here are two menu examples:

Dolce Vita: Wine enjoyment from Italy

•    Zucchini alla scapece
•    Mini wraps with prosciutto / dried tomatoes
•    Caprese with artichoke pesto
•    Italian potato salad with tuna
•    Torta die mele

Typical and atypical German wines

•    Porcini mushroom butter
•    Winemaker's platter with roast pork and Dyke cheese
•    Handkäs served with a sauce
•    Matjes & beetroot
•    Plum jam in puff pastry
